Booking procedures are fast and easy, and are conceived in obeyance of rules and laws in force for tourism, thus granting highest safety even for those who wish to book via internet.
On-line booking. The service for on-line booking is updating the offers in real time, so that everything you find among the proposals on our web site is available and can be booked. The user selects the offer he/she is interested in, and continues with filling the booking form following this guide and the instructions on the screen.
Then he/she waits for Ad Hoc Travel Agency to get in touch with him/her per phone or e-mail, in order to define the details regarding the way to make the payment and the confirmation of the hotel booking according to the group chosen and available.
Please note that once the client is contacted by the agency, he/she has to make the payment of the deposit specified on the confirmation e-mail(30% of the total amount) per money transfer or postal order. As soon as the client will prove per fax the execution of payment, Ad Hoc Travel Agency will send him/her per fax or e-mail the voucher with the name of the hotel booked and the total amount.
If it is not possible to trace the client, Ad Hoc Travel Agency will cancel the reservation.
How to book. Click on the offer you are interested in and fill the booking form with the personal data required, as well as the desired hotel group, the kind of room and treatment, the number of persons, check in and check out dates and any other particular need.
