GENERAL CONDITIONS

Rules and regulation. The contract is regulated by these general conditions and by the clauses indicated in the travel ducuments given to the client. The contract is regulated by the Italian law 27.12.1977 num. 1084 ratifying and executing the International Convention on Travel Contract(CCV), signed in Brussel on the 25.04.1970. It is also regulated by the decree D. Lgs 111/95. The contract, whose subject-matter is the organization of travels and stays and the provision of single touristic services, is regulated by these general conditions as well as by those particular clauses agreed upon and contained in the documents given to the client. Further it is regulated by the D. Lgs 111/95 and all international conventions enforceable and the rules in the Civil Code.

Booking. Booking can be made only after the client’s acceptance of these general conditions through the reservation form. The acceptance of the reservation by the agency depends on the relevant payment of a deposit, against which the organizer is going to send an exchange voucher (even per e-mail).The indications regarding the touristic package that are not included in the notes and offer details or in other communications will be given or indicated by the organizer in the travel documents, in execution of D. Lgs. 111/95 within the time-limit prior to the beginning of the travel.
